In4solar Solutions proudly presents our latest solar installation project at Pharmaspec, a leading pharmacy in Krugersdorp. Pharmaspec approached us with the goal of combating load shedding frustrations and reducing their electricity bills while ensuring uninterrupted operations for medication testing.
Situated in Krugersdorp, the solar system deployed at Pharmaspec comprises a 50 kW ATESS system paired with an 80 kWh Freedom Won HV, alongside a 50 kWp roof generation setup consisting of 93 JA Solar panels. This comprehensive solution not only meets their power needs but also contributes to significant energy savings, with an estimated 184 kWh per month.
Our team meticulously adhered to safety and quality standards throughout the installation process. Full personal protective equipment (PPE), including goggles, fire and acid-resistant worksuits, gloves, and anti-static, anti-slip safety boots, was utilized. Safety measures such as safety harnesses for ladder use, Safeline installations on the roof, and the use of scissor lifts with guard rails ensured the safety of our team and the integrity of the installation.
The project, involving 10 dedicated individuals, was executed within a timeframe of 2 weeks. This included negotiation and drafting of the project proposal, approval processes, construction, commissioning, and filing. Our collaborative approach ensured smooth communication and timely completion, providing Pharmaspec with a reliable and sustainable energy solution.
